Knitting finally blocked!

This is a close-up of the Scotch Thistle Lace Stole. I knitted it with Jojoland Melody Superwash in MS08. This makes me long for cool weather.

Second object finished that I can remove from the UFO list is the Reversible Lace Ladders. The good news is that I can wear it right away as it is knitted in Lace Sensation Raw Silk.

Beautiful Margaret! Did you like the Sensations Raw Silk? It really looks pretty.

Love the progress on the studio, too! hugs, C.

Thanks, Cary. I like Lace Sensations a lot. The heavier lace is Lace Sensations.

We've added chairs and a small side table and a few more pots since the pictures were taken. Now, I need to plant - when it's cooler.

Hugs,
Margaret

Well, I goofed in my last post. The lighter weight lace that knitted the Reversible Lace Ladders Scarf in is Lace Sensations Raw Silk. Sensations Raw Silk is the heavier of the two. I like it too and am knitting a vest in it but it is a little harder on the hands.

Margaret, I love the thistle stole in that yarn! I have the pattern and tried it with something else that just didn't work out. I may have to try it in this. How many balls does it take?

I like it too, Theresa. I can't wait to wear it and the fact that it's superwash will make it easier to care for. It took 3 balls.
